Where We Ship From: Orders are shipped from our warehouse at Dworcowa 53, 62-001 Chludowo, Poland.

Processing Time: Orders placed on business days are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Delivery Time: We ship via DPD and InPost (parcel lockers). Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from the time of shipment.

Delivery Area: We ship within Poland. For questions regarding international shipping, please contact us.

Tracking: Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible – we will help resolve the issue.

International Shipping (EU)

We ship to selected European Union countries. Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time:

Greece: 5-8 business days (ACS HD, Elta Courier)
Germany: 2-3 business days (DPD Courier, Hermes HD)

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering and depend on the destination country. Orders are shipped from Chludowo, Poland.
